I've got 2 devices registered and I'm trying to watch either sky sports or movies on my registered device but virgin anywhere won't let me, it keeps saying I've already reached my limits. I'm not trying to add another I just at want to watch it on one if the already registered devices!
Thank you for your post, I'm sorry that the app hasn't been working as it should.
Have you recently made any changes to your OS version on any device? This can sometimes trick the TV Anywhere into thinking it's a brand new device, when in all fact it isn't. Re-registering your device would resolve this and if you can take a look at your allowances, I have refreshed them for you
