Device registration trouble

I was experiencing trouble with connectivity so I reset the app. When I went I signed in to the app again it asked me to register my device but when taken to the registration page my device was in one of the slots and I don't have any device changes, I am using an iPad mini and this is the first trouble I am experiencing. Please help

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. 


I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue getting your iPad to re register. This is not what we like to hear about.


Checking things at this end, I can see the iPad is already registered. 


The first thing you'll need to do is go to > My Profile > Device Settings


Delete the iPad so you then have a free slot to re register the device. 


I can see you have 1 device change left to use for this month. Use that to re register the device.
