I don't know what is happening in Virgin land but please, for heavens sake fix this stupid device registration glitch!
I spoke at length to Tech support last night because my device is continually not recognised. Because of the previous situation I had both devices occupied by my laptop - differently named. Last night I ran out of device changes so Tech support gave me one more and I logged on again. Today my device is not recognised again.
At this rate I won't be watching TV anywhere because I have no more changes until November - unless some kind tech man fancies chatting to me for 45 minutes like last night (remote access and all).
This really needs to be fixed as I know I am not the only one thus impacted
