Device registered - but saying it isn't

had my macbook registered for a while, tried earlier this month and had to re register. just come to use it again today and its telling me that device limit is reached. can somebody please help.

Hey - I cannot help however I have the exact same issue.
Was working fine, now this error. Hopefully VM will reply very soon!

Hi there pacino69,

 

Really sorry to hear about the issues with TV Anywhere.

 

I've located your account and can't see any known reasons as to why this would be happening for you.

 

I have added a further device change on there, if you wish to try un-registering then re-registering it again.

 

Other than this, it may be worth checking that your OS X software is fully up-to-date.

 

I am very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
