After changing a device to allow access via a new Windows 10 laptop it is not recognised. I have deleted the device but have no changes left and cannot access TV Anywhere content on this device. I would like someone from Virgin to allow me to add this device as I now have a free slot but no changes after being messed about by the system. There seemed to be a mismatch between the Virgin devices and the Sky Movies content. Virgin, please help
