Device not recognised

After changing a device to allow access via a new Windows 10 laptop it is not recognised. I have deleted the device but have no changes left and cannot access TV Anywhere content on this device. I would like someone from Virgin to allow me to add this device as I now have a free slot but no changes after being messed about by the system. There seemed to be a mismatch between the Virgin devices and the Sky Movies content. Virgin, please help

Re: Device not recognised

The "mismatch" is because Sky device management is a separate entity to TV Anywhere.

Sky device management is here:

http://anywhere.virginmedia.com/settings/devices/sky/

Delete the device, then re-register it by starting to stream.

As you are now using Windows 10, Firefox is the only browser that works across both Virgin & Sky platforms. Ensure Flash is up to date for TVA, and Silverlight is up to date for Sky.

Re: Device not recognised

Good morning Malinway Smiley Happy

Thank you for setting up the TV Anywhere and coming to the Community for some help. I can see that you would require some allocations to register the devices. It's great to see that you have had some sound advice, thanks Crocket.

I have refreshed your changes so you can pop another one on now.

Please let us know how you get on Smiley Happy

Ben
