i have 2 devices registered which we no longer have but can't delete them, i have signed into the anywhere website and gone to devices but all it lets me do is rename.

If you wait here, it takes around a week, you can ask for an extra device change.

I believe that when you use a new device, it will ask you which old device you want to replace.
I tried using my tablet this morning but a notification came up saying wait until 1/3/18, my old device was last added in december
