Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having difficulty registering 2 different devices for use with the Sky apps. Have you been able to sort them on the TV Anywhere platform?
You can manage the devices you have registered for use with the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports.
I can see you have recently registered a new device on the Sky platform so have added a device change for you to use to add one second device.
If you try streaming from the device you want registered, it will automatically register for you
