Device limit reached

can't watch sky sports it says you have reached the limit for registered devices but this has been going on for months I have deleted my iPad device and not registered it until a month later I only have one device registered

Thanks for posting on the community.

 

Sorry to hear that you unable to watch Sky Sports through your iPad due to error device limit reached.

 

I can see that you have one device registered for Sky apps at the moment with one device change available. When you sign into your account, under My Profile select Sky Movies & Sky Sports. Is the device that is showing as registered this iPad in question? If so remove it from the list and re-install the app, sign in and start streaming a channel as this will prompt for registration.

 

Try this and let me know if it works
