Device limit reached

I am getting "device limit reached" message on the Sky Sports app when I try to watch anything. The device is registered ok and I can watch Sky Movies and  Virgin TV Anywhere ok on the same device. I have tried uninstalling the Sky Sports app and also tried de registering and re registering the device but nothing works.

Apologies for the issues you are having.

I understand faults like this are frustrating but please make sure you are only posting once about your issue as duplicate posts can mean you wait longer for a response.
