Device limit reached while using a registered device

Hi,

I've just had to re-register my laptop for TVA even though it was already a registered device, I then deleted the second registered device with the intention of registering a new PC. However by doing that I am now unable to register that PC as I'm told I've no devices changes remaining this month and will have to wait until the 1st of February.

Is there a way of getting this reset in order to add the PC to the available device slot?

TIA,

Tony

Re: Device limit reached while using a registered device

Hi tony7bear,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. Apologies to hear you've been having an issue streaming TV Anywhere Smiley Sad

I have added a device change for you to use so if you try again to register the PC, it should work Smiley Happy

Let me know if you have any further issues.

Thanks,

Re: Device limit reached while using a registered device

Hi,

I was just setting up TV anywhere on my new tablet and by mistake I took out the old tablet and my phone from the slots. I am now unable to reregister my phone as I'm told I've no devices changes remaining this month and will have to wait until the 1st of February.

Is there a way of getting this reset in order to add my phone to the available device slot?

Thanks

Pete

Re: Device limit reached while using a registered device

I seem to be having the same issue, as earlier this month i had to regester my laptop and when i went to log in on Monday, it said my device wasnt registered. Im wondering if this is an issue with Virgin, or the browser that im using (firefox?)

Re: Device limit reached while using a registered device

Hi seahawkpete anf Mrs-C,

I have gone in to both your accounts and added a device change for you to use to register a device.

Once you've used it, you'll need to wait until the 1st February to be able to add another device.

Keep me posted on how you get on. Smiley Happy

Thanks,
