Device limit reached on sky sports app

Hello,

I am looking for some advice

My tv anywhere app is showing that I have only 2 devices registered but when I try to access sky sports from my iPhone it tells me my device limit is reached and I need to contact my service provider

Devices for Sky Sports (and movies) are managed separately here:

http://anywhere.virginmedia.com/settings/devices/sky/

If you need to register a new device, delete the old one, then start streaming on the new device. It should register automatically.

Ok all sorted now. 

I went into the link again and followed I through and it showed my old iPhone.  

I have deleted it and now my iPhone 6 is now working on sky sports

I have checked out the settings on virgin media and it is showing only my iPad and my iPhone as authorised devices. 

I can use my ipad with no issue to view sky sports but every time I try to use my iPhone 6 sky sports tells me my device limit has been reached. 

I deleted my iPhone and then re registered it but still no joy

Help, it's annoying when away from home

I am having major frustrations with this-went in to update devices (change by one) and then went into sky cinema settings and it is showing two different devices to the ones on the virginmedia device mgr. Now I have no more changes allowed and cant watch these channels.

 

Why do Virgin always complicate things???

Please help?
