Device limit reached (Sky app)

Hi,

I want to watch Sky Sports today on my phone. Basically I had 2 devices registered (one mobile, one laptop). I removed the laptop and added another mobile.

However, when I sign into the Sky Sports app and try to watch anything I get a message saying "device limit reached, please message your provider"

I'm not sure what else I need to do in order to watch the football today at 12.30?

Can you help please? Thanks

Welcome to the Virgin Media Community Forum and thanks for your post. Apologies for any confusion that changing your device on the Sky Sports app may have caused, thanks to Crockret for supplying you with the link to the login page. Were you able to add your phone and watch the football on Sunday?
 
I have been able to access your account via your Forum details and can see that there are two phones registered for Sky Sports.
 
Please let me know if you are still having problems with this.
