Device limit reached Sky Sports App

Hi,
I've recently changed my phone from IPhone 5s to 6s - still on the same number. When I deleted my old phone and registered new device the sky app says I've reached my device limit, even though there's only one device registered! I understand that sky app and TV anywhere app are not synced so any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you in advance

Hi Hedge1974,

 

Welcome to the Community!

 

I've removed the old iPhone from the registered device list and added a device change for you. When you re-register, go directly to the Sky Sports website.
