Device could not be detected

Hello, 

Im having issues as usual with AnywhereTV, today its decided to to remove my devices and then not allow me to add new them back on. 

I have checked through the forums and cant seem to see a fix. So please can you resolve my issues please!!!

I've now tried it on all browser platforms such as Internet explorer, FireFox, Chrome (I know its not supported) I've cleared all cookies, cache etc etc and rebooted, still displays the message that no devices could be detected.

I have the same problem too for watching on the laptop and or my pc but the app on my android tablet is working so far..... It hink virgin engineers are working on it, according to the service status

Apologies to hear you are having an issue using TV Anywhere currently. 

 

We're aware there is a fault and we are already on the case to get this resolved. 

 

We'll be posting any updates to this thread here: TV Anywhere online and iOS
