Device could not be detected

The past 4 days while trying to watch TV on the go, I have been getting the same error message, "Device could not be detected",  I am using windows 10, and tried edge & IE,  also getting the same message in profile, device settings.

Mine just started doing the same thing today about 10 minutes ago. First time this has ever happened.

Just when you think it can't get any worse, the TV Anywhere total meltdown has further exciting developments.
