Have made a device change. Can watch tv ok but not sky sports or cinema. It says device limit reached !! Have tried phoning to sort said problem but no matter which numbers you push on automated system you can't actually speak to anybody

I've located your account and I can see two registered devices for Sky services with one device change still available.
I am aware of an issue with our service in your area, which was verified as fixed yesterday.
