Device change problem

Hi there,

 

For the first time in a long while I am attempting to use a PC other than my main PC to access TV Anywhere. Using the new machine, I deleted an unused device and attempted to register it. Confusingly it's now showing there's just one device registered and that I can make no more device changes this month. I'm effectively locked out.


Does deleting a device count as a device change?

Hi booner, 

 

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having registering your device. 

 

Deleting a device doesn't count towards the changes so it's really strange why it has deleted it.
