Device change issue

Hi,

I have just attempted to re-register my device after formatting my PC. Now its not accepting my new device but has taken my change for the month. I am relying on this service this evening.

Any help from the tech team would be useful.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great to have you on board with us Smiley Happy

 

Apologies to hear you are having an issue using TV Anywhere. I have gone into the account to have a look at what is going on and for some reason there is no active TV package for you. I've tried re-syncing the details but not having an luck. 

 

I have raised this up to IT to resolve. Once they've done what they need to, I can then add a device change for you Smiley Happy

 

Once I hear any news, I'll be in touch.

Thanks for your patience whilst I looked into this Smiley Happy

 

I've heard back from the IT team today and they have advised you are yet to register for My Virgin Media. 

 

If you can go online to www.virginmedia.com > Sign In > Register Now.

 

Once you've done this, you can use those details to sign in to TV Anywhere.
