Apologies to hear you are having an issue using TV Anywhere. I have gone into the account to have a look at what is going on and for some reason there is no active TV package for you. I've tried re-syncing the details but not having an luck.
I have raised this up to IT to resolve. Once they've done what they need to, I can then add a device change for you
