Device Restricted

I am trying to view programs with TV Anywhere on my laptop using Windows 8.1 / IE11. However, it thinks that my device is android and advises me to download the app. Any suggestions?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. 

 

I'm sorry to hear that this error message is causing you an issue.

 

Usually this only comes up if you are using a touchscreen laptop or a device that the screen comes away to use as a tablet. 

 

Is this the case with yourself?

Hi

Thanks for your reply. Yes - it is a touchscreen laptop.
However, the website appears to work ok through Firefox... I guess I'll have to remember to use that instead.

I was about to point out that with touchscreen devices, streaming will only work via Firefox but looks like you're one step ahead of me Smiley Happy
