Device Registration

If I try and watch TV Anywhere on my PC it continually says my device is not registered. I have now registered it twice in an attempt to fix the problem and no longer can register any other device this month. [and don't get me started on trying to watch Anywhere on my IPad...equally unsuccessful]

Any advice?

I've recently switched to Virgin after years with Sky. Never had any problems with Sky's product.

Re: Device Registration

Hi longwos,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great seeing a new face in the crowd getting involved Smiley Happy

In order to help you with this, I will need some more information.

> What OS is your PC/Laptop running?

> What browser are you using and which version is it?

> What version of Flash Player are you using?

> Do you get anything different if trying another browser?

When going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Device Settings, Is your PC showing as registered there?

I have added a device change for you to re-add your PC. When doing this, do you get another error?

Come back and let me know Smiley Happy

Thanks,

Re: Device Registration

Hi. I tried again and..it worked. I had someone on the phone for several hours on the weekend trying to get this to work which was unsuccesful. No idea how the problem was solved today but I'm not complaining

many thanks
