Device Registration

I am trying to watch Sky Movies on an iPhone 6.

 

I have already registered an iPad on the account which works fine.  I had added the iPhone but on trying to watch a film the error message regarding too many devices registered appeared.  I have logged on to virgin media and deleted the iPhone and started the Sky Movies app again but it still has the same message.

 

Grateful for any help/suggestions.
