Device Registration and addition/deletion

After I added this to my tablet it told me to delete and re-register it so the updated app cd work....it then promptly told me I had no more device changes left until next month so I cdn't add the tablet back!
There must be a workaround for this Catch 22?
Also, when registering the devices (whatever that really means) is it sufficint to just put "mobile" and "tabllet" or necessary to put the devices ID/serial number or similar? Tks for advice/input.

Hi I just put mobile1 or tablet 4, you don't need the products serial numbers Regards Micky

Tks Micky -  still have the issue with the device additions/deletions though..... don't suppose a Virgin mod/tech can help if reading?

Hi mikf, 

 

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. Apologies to hear you've been unable to add your new device. 

 

The device changes reset on the 1st January so you should be able to add your tablet now. 

 

As mentioned by LittleMick73, you can name the tablet or mobile device whatever you would like Smiley Happy
