Device Reached

Hi, I know this happens all of the time but I have tried to register a new device to the vtva app for a new ipad, it works on Virgin but not on Sky! Can you help?

Devices for Sky premium content are managed separately here:

Welcome to the community

 

Sorry to hear that the Sky apps are not working on your new iPad.

 

As mentioned by Crocket the Sky device registration is managed separately. If you sign into your account from the link that was provided by Crocket this will show you the devices that you have already registered. You can remove both or one that is not in use, then on the iPad go back into Sky Sports or Sky Movies, select a channel to stream and this will prompt for new registration.
