Device Not Recognized

Him having an issue, running windows 10 and did use Chrome to access TVAnywhere, this no longer works and get the message Device not recognized. Have deleted cache and have then tried Firefox/IE/Edge and all come up with the same issue; device not recognized.

I still have one device change available but cannot get TVAanywhere to recognize this PC or any of my laptops, all running windows 10.

Apologies to hear you are having an issue using TV Anywhere currently. 

 

We're aware there is a fault and we are already on the case to get this resolved. 

 

We'll be posting any updates to this thread here: TV Anywhere online and iOS
