I have just bought a new tablet and tried to register the new device for TV on the go. I removed the old device and registered the new device. TV anywhere is accepting the device, but when I try to play Sky Sports it is saying device registration limit reached (when I only have 2 devices). It is not accepting the new device when I gave removed the old one.
I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue adding your device for use with the Sky apps. The TV Anywhere and Sky platforms are separate and therefore not synced so any changes made to one, also need to be made to the other.
You can manage the devices you have registered for use with the Sky platform by going to anywhere.virginmedia.com > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports.
I have reset the Sky platform for you now so there are no devices and you have 1 change to use to add the new device. If you try streaming now, it should work.
Keep me posted.

This hasn't solved the problem. My devices just shows up 1 registered device (my android phone) and no other devices. However, when I'm trying to watch off an android tablet it's saying device registration limit reached. Clearly it hasn't reached the limit as I only have 1 device registered.
