Device Limit Reached on registered device

Hi,

I am trying to watch Virgin TV Anywhere on one of my two registered devices and keep receiving the error message "Device Limit Reached" saying that "this device is not one of your registered devices."
Message Code: 106

The amount of issues I have when trying to access TV Anywhere are endless and is becoming very frustrating

I am very sorry to hear about the issues experienced with our TV Anywhere service.

 

I am unable to locate your account at present to see your registered devices.

 

Are you still experiencing this fault?

 

If so, try deleting the application from the problem device and re-download it.

 

If this still doesn't resolve the issue, I will look to investigate this for you further.
