Sorry to hear that your unable to watch Sky Sports nor Sky Movies on your iPad even though it is registered.
When I checked your account it is showing there is a device change available. If you can remove the iPad from registrations on your account > My Profile > Sky Movies & Sky Sports, then go back into the app and start streaming a channel. This will prompt for re-registration.

Hi Sam, I have been experiencing the same problem for the last couple of months. I have tried removing and re-adding the same device (iPhone 6plus) over the last couple of months and then signing in and out of my account on the Sky Sports iOS app. However, it always returns me the same "Device Limit Reached" error. Is this something you can look into on my behalf please?
Welcome to the Community Forum and thanks for your post. It's great to see new faces here. I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems getting the Sky Sports app for TV Anywhere to work.
I have checked this for you and can see that you have one more device change for your Sky Sports app. Currently, the only device registered is your iPad, so you should be able to add your iPhone 6 plus.
