DEVICE NOT REGISTERED TV ANYWHERE

Me and my wife are trying to get on our ipads for tv any where and it keeps saying to register and when we try to do it,it comes up with this device is all ready registered but still wont let you watch it.

so we deleted it now it says we have to wait till next month to make changes. 

DO NOT UNDERSTAND!

Really sorry to hear about the trouble you've been experiencing with our TV Anywhere service. Robot Sad

 

I've managed to locate your account and added a device change on there for you.

 

I would recommend deleting the app from the iPad and then re-downloading it to see if this then works for you.
