Looking at your previous thread, it's about a slightly different fault.
In oprder for me to help properly, can you let me know the following:
What device are you using?
What OS version are you running on that app?
What are you doing when this error code comes up?
Are you using the Primary / Main user account or a secondary?

Some users have found doing a reset of the device resolved this too. Are you able to do this?
