Communication Error on TV anywhere app

The Tv anywhere app on my iPad has been working fine all day, but past hour it now will not connect and says 'Communication Error - we're currently experiencing high levels of demand and are having difficulties connecting to your Tivo service. Please try again in a few minutes'.

If you click in error information, it says ''error:stationsearch' - code:mindunavailable'

any ideas?

Still not working. Does not work on either mine or my husbands iPhones or iPads! Can anyone help as we use to control the tv!

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you were having using TV Anywhere on Wednesday. 

 

How have things been since you last posted? 

 

It may be worth giving the TiVo® a little reboot to see if this helps.

what is happening. We use our iPhones and I pads to use service yesterday I posted issue re logging onto system now tonight getting error communication please sort these issues out we have two boxes and can't use the service

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issue you are having using the TV Anywhere app. 

 

Have you been able to log in since you posted on Monday? If so, it may be worth giving the TiVo® a reboot. 

 

This usually resets everything back to the start and allows you to stream again without the error. 

 

Give it a go and let me know how things go.
