Code 110

Hi, i have just upgraded package to include BT sport and on my virgin tv anywhere i am getting code 110, i watch a lot of tv on my laptop , can you re sync my account so that it works ok

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. Apologies for the delay in replying. I've been off over the Christmas and New Years period but am back now and here to help where I can.

 

Whenever you make any changes to your TV Service, the TV Anywhere system is then set to re-sync. This can take 24 hours. 

 

Have you been able to access and use TV Anywhere since you last posted?
