Code 110, Subscription needed after upgrade

Hi,

 

I upgraded my TV service to L as I'd like to watch a series on-demand on my laptop (I'm away from home for a while). However, the upgrade has gone through (it says TV L on my account/billing page), but TV Anywhere doesn't seem to be recognising it - it just asks me to upgrade to TV L with a Code 110 if I want to watch my program.

 

What can I do? Smiley Happy

Oh, also, I tried removing my device and re-adding it but all that did was use up one of my device changes for the month Smiley Sad

Thanks for your post and a huge welcome to the fourms.

 

I'm sorry to hear that you have been having difficulties watching the programme attached to the L package. 

 

When you upgrade, most of these go through more or less right away however with TV Anywhere, the system updates overnight. It could take up to 24 hours for your package change to be recognised. 

 

I've taken a look at your account and can confirm the package has now been synced to your L package. 

 

Try the channel again and let me know if you are still having the same problem so we can investigate this further for you Smiley Happy
