Cisco VideoGuard Player

In order to watch TV on the go I have had to install VG Player. However during installation I received this message: "Your computer specifications do not conform to the requirements of Cisco VideoGuard player and may not work properly."

It does not work properly as both the sound and video are distorted. It worked perfectly previously !

What are the minimum requirements fo a pc running Windows 10 (IE11) ?

TV Anywhere doesn't use VideoGaurd Player. It requires the use of Adobe Flash. 

 

You can find the required specifications here: Technical requirements for using Virgin TV Anywhere

 

Make sure you're following those and try again.

When I try to view Sky Sports via Virgin Media Anywhere I have to download the Sky Sports app which installs this CiscoVideoGuard Player,

which then says that my system does not meet the technical requirements and that it may not work - I am not imagining it.

My father has the exact same issue with his sky sports and new laptop so I would like to have a solution too

Yes I still have the problem - the picture & sound is so distorted it is not possible to watch 😪

Do you still get the Cisco VideoGuard message on screen? Does the pixilation affect every program you attempt to watch or its is intermittent?

I received the VideoGuard msg. when I downloaded the app. I did uninstall it and reloaded the app with the same result.

I have given up on this.
