Cinema app problems

I have downloaded and signed in to the Sky Cinema app for Virgin media on an iPad mini and have a strong wifi connection.  I can see and select any of the movies yet the vast majority of them only play for around 30-60 seconds then stop playing - an odd one will play!  It is the first time I wanted to use Virgin on the go and am somewhat disappointed over this glitch/issues.  I would grateful for advice on this.  Dave.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with Sky Cinema.

 

When the video stops do you get an error message on screen? Does the screen go blank/ pixilate?

The film simply stops playing and the screen goes back to previous screen, i.e. the screen showing the film artwork. You can press play again and the same thing happens.

I'd like you to try uninstalling then reinstalling the app for me. I've added a device change for you to try this.
