Channels not loading

Hi, up until last night l have had no problems but now l can connect to the Tivo box from either of my iPads and the Channel List appears but it will not load any Channel l select just says "connecting to Virgin Media" and goes no further, any halp would be greatly appreciated, to add that both our router and Tivo box have been re-booted, thanks Steph.
