Change Registered Device, new device says it isn't registered

Hi

never really been able to get anywhere with Anywhere - but I had it registered on my PC, and I have now moved to a Mac so I deleted the PC from the management section on the website, whilst on the Mac, and registered the Mac as a new device. But I can't use it - it says device not registered.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

I am sorry to read that you're having issues with TV Anywhere on your Mac.

From your account I can see that the Mac is registered to use TV Anywhere.

When you registered the device did you change browsers or did you stay on the same one when trying to stream a channel?

What browser are you using?

it seems that the device change took a while to ripple through the provisioning systems. After a day I am able to use the Mac that I registered, so all is now OK
