I've tried having a look at our end and it looks as though I've not been able to find this either.
I've popped an email over to the team to see if this is a fault or if Channel E! has been removed for a certain reason. Once I know more I shall be in touch with you.

Thanks for your patience whilst I looked into this.
I've heard back from the relevant team and they have confirmed this is a fault. They have sorted a fix for this which should go live tomorrow
