Apologies that TV Anywhere isn't working for you currently. Checking the account, for some reason it's not recognising that you have a TV package on your TiVo®.
I have re-synced the account and also send some refresh hits to your TiVo®. This has refreshed things at our end and there is now a package showing ready for use with TV Anywhere. I'm hoping this will re-sync everything correctly for you at your end too.
Can you reboot your TiVo® for me and try again to see if this has helped?
