Cant connect to tivo on anywhere app?

Basically i can delete stuff on the tivo but i cant connect as it says its not on network??

just come over from sky and there sky+app is great able to switch box over etc, is there a virgin app like that?

correct. If the ethernet cable is not connected to the tivo and superhub your tivo is not on your home network

In order to control your TiVo from the TV Anywhere app, your TiVo has to be connected to your home network.

This connection is done through TiVo's Ethernet connection, either by Ethernet cable, homeplugs or a universal wifi adapter.

It's connected to the network? How can I delete a recording but can't change channels?

Although the TiVo has its own broadband connection, to use the TV Anywhere app as a replacement for the physical TiVo remote requires it to be connected to your home network as well.

The app is on a iPad connected wirelessly to my network

Fixed! Appears the engineer installed the optical cable i assumed it was ethernet...doh! I am an idiot apologies for being a meringue

My TiVo is connected to my hub by an Ethernet cable and still I cannot connect the TV Anywhere app. All I get is that it's not on the same network. I have just installed a new router. Is there something I'm missing?
