When signing in on the Sky Sports website I receive a message stating 'To watch this channel you need to upgrade your subscription.' My subscription covers Sky Sports and the service should work, this has since been confirmed by an employee over the phone but the problem was never resolved.
Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having signing in online to watch Sky Sports.
A few things to double check with you:
Have you had Sky Sports on your package for more than 24 hours?
When signing in via the website, make sure you select the Virgin Media option before entering your details.
Make sure you are using your Primary log in details as sub account details wont work via the Sky sites. (The best way to check if you are is to log in to My Vm and try and view the bills. If you are able to then you are using the Primary ID.)
