Cannot complete TV Anywhere 1st sign up on ipad

Had VM installation on Friday, all ok.

Added TVAnywhere app to iPad Saturday night.

Tried to login with account details: keeps rejecting. Login details accepted by

main account page but rejected by TVAnywhere app.

Sorry to hear about your issue logging in with TV Anywhere. Smiley Indifferent

 

I've located your account and can see one device in there. Is this working okay now for you?

 

If not, I'd recommend deleting the app and re-downloading it and then trying to sign in again.

 

If this still doesn't work, head on over to [TV Anywhere online], and delete the device from registration and then re-register it by signing back in to the app on your iPad.

 

You can manage your devices by going to the online page, clicking "My Profile", (near the top right of the page), then "Device Settings".

Thank you. Like the other chap having a problem, I waited a few days and the App then worked.

One device now registered.

Same here, but I still can't log in on any device - well, that's not quite true: I can sign in if I use safari on my iPad, so I know my login details are correct, but I can't log in to the app. 

Combied with the horrendous slowness of the TiVo box, it's not a good first week for virgin...

Thanks for your post and apologies for the issues you are having trying to log in to TV Anywhere. 

 

I have already replied to your post here: Can't sign in

 

Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.

 

Have a look at my reply on the other thread and stick with that one so we keep all the information in one place.
