Try to access Sky sports and get unknown error occurred. This happens a lot! Usually clearing data for app works. Not this time. Have cleared, deleted and reinstalled app but still it happens. The issue is with Virgin. Currently looking over my mates shoulder as he watches it on the same Android phone I have but he is a sky customer. Is that the solution?
@Josh_RW The poster may have been affected by the error that was acknowledged on the status page on the date they posted. That specific fault was cleared on 27 Feb 2017, I believe.
