Can't sign in

Is there any reason the tv anywhere app won't let me log in? Says username/password invalid. 

I know this isn't the case because I can log into it in the browser on the same devices (iPad Air and iPhone 6s both on ios9).

It's not going well for Virgin - we've only been with them two days and our 100 meg broadband is only 45, can't log into the app and our three year old can eat a meal quicker than we can open the to guide on the slowest set top box ever made!
On the verge of cancelling already!

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you are having an issue signing in to the TV Anywhere app. 

 

The username and password invalid error message usually appears for the following reasons:

 

1) You don't have an active TiVo® subscription

2) You have made changes to your TV subscription in the last 48 hours

3) You are entering in the details incorrectly

 

As you've already confirmed the details work when using the website, this eliminates number 3. 

 

Can you let me know about the other 2? Smiley Happy
