I can't sign into my account on Virgin for the life of me!
On the PC it works fine,but on iOs it doesn't work?
Is this a bug with the app?
Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you are having an issue trying to sign in to TV Anywhere on your iPhone.
What iOS are you running on your iPhone?
Do you have an active TiVo® subscription?
Make sure you are typing in the username and password and not allowing the phone to Autofill the information.
As it's working on the PC, it's very unlikely to be an account issue

You cannot use the TV Anywhere app on a mobile device unless you have a TiVo on your account.
The app is primarily for managing TiVo, with streaming channels as an additional function.
