To correct errors I deleted my 2 registered devices. But now annoyingly it won't let me re-register any device saying I have to wait a month as I've used up all my changes! I'm losing patience with Virgin.........

I'm sorry you were getting errors that led to you de-registering 2 devices.
I have added a device change for you to re-register one of the devices. The other you will need to wait until the 1st of May as we're only able to add 1 device change per month.

Ok, but the time delay to register a 'new' device is a rather long and should perhaps be relaxed a bit?
