Can't register devices

To correct errors I deleted my 2 registered devices. But now annoyingly it won't let me re-register any device saying I have to wait a month as I've used up all my changes!  I'm losing patience with Virgin.........

I'm sorry you were getting errors that led to you de-registering 2 devices. 

 

I have added a device change for you to re-register one of the devices. The other you will need to wait until the 1st of May as we're only able to add 1 device change per month.

Do you have contacted virgin media customer service. If not then call them and let them have their idea. It will surely provide some way.

Ok, but the time delay to register a 'new' device is a rather long and should perhaps be relaxed a bit?
