Can't register a 2nd device

I'm new to TV Anywhere.

Earlier in the week I added my first device.  It's all working fine.

Today I came to add my laptop, but when I click on Register I am told I have no changes left this month.

That wasn't my understanding of how it works: I thought the two initial registrations didn't "count" towards the one-a-month ..?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with TV Anywhere.

 

I've added another device change to replace the one that disappeared into the shadows! Try reading your device and let me know if you get any more trouble.
