Hi - new to Virgin Media and trying to use TV Anywhere app on my iphone and ipad. Both are on iOS 9.3.2
On both I can't log in - get invalid user name and password - even though I can log in on the website.
I see from other posts there was an issue with Tivo - is that still the case and if so any idea of when fix is likely? I can't see anything on the service status about this.

If your TiVo is very recently installed, it can take a day or two to get access to the TV Anywhere app.
