I think it's an Android version thing, as in our devices are too new. The TV Anywhere site said Marshmallow wasn't supported. Annoying as the J5 is advertised on Virgin Mobile as TV Anywhere ready... Not good enough Virgin.
Doesn't sort it. I've been communicating by DM with one of your forum team, spent hous on the phone with Tech, been sent out an updated HUB 3.0 and it still doesn't work. As I said above, not good enough.
