Can't log into TV anywhere ,plus no one at Virgin seems to help

Can't log into TV anywhere and no one at Virgin that I've spoken to helps

Sorry to hear that you are unable to log into TV Anywhere.

 

Are you trying to log into this through your laptop/PC or through the app on a mobile/tablet? If it is through your laptop make sure that you are signing in with your primary email address and password. Do you get any error messages when signing in? If you are trying through a mobile/tablet you will need a TiVo® box for this to work.

I can get on thru my laptop ,I just can't use the app on my iPad . Is this because I don't have TiVo ?

The iOS app is a TiVo management app with streaming added for VM so yes you need a tivo box for it to work. 


200Mb(SH2 SH2AC Hub 3.0), 2 X V6 TV XL, Phone M. 100Mb Business (Hitron Hub).
