Sorry to hear that you are unable to log into TV Anywhere.
Are you trying to log into this through your laptop/PC or through the app on a mobile/tablet? If it is through your laptop make sure that you are signing in with your primary email address and password. Do you get any error messages when signing in? If you are trying through a mobile/tablet you will need a TiVo® box for this to work.
