Can't log in

Hi. I cannot log into TV anywhere on my Galaxy tab s. I have the latest version of the app and my firmware is up to date. It is an authorised device.

 

I cannot log in because there's nowhere for me to accept the terms and conditions. 

 

Please can you help?

Hi GlenJ,

 

Thanks for coming back to me on this Smiley Happy

 

OK, it looks as though another user had this same problem and the only way we managed to resolve this was by setting the tablet back to factory settings. 

 

Obviously it's not guaranteed to fix the fault you are having however it would be the next thing to try. 

 

Make sure you save anything you need as resetting back to default will wipe it completely. 

 

Let me know how things are after the reset.

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue trying to accept the terms and conditions in the app. 

 

Are you using the device in Portrait or Landscape mode?

What is the full model number of the tablet?

Have you been able to get this device to work previously?

Thanks for the welcome and the reply.

My device is a galaxy tab s 8.4 - SM-T705. I am running android 5.0.2

I have tried signing in with both portrait and landscape orientation without success.

I have been using TV anywhere on it for months but had a problem on June 30th when the app seemed to hang on the log in page when I tried to use it. I cleared cache and data to see if that would help and when I went to long in there was no option to accept the terms.

I uninstalled the app and reinstalled but the problem remains.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
